Jared is a real estate development, investment and financing specialist with over 25 years of experience. He had advised ultra-high net worth family offices on their real estate activities and overseen development and finance for large urban projects. Jared also created a private equity fund that invests into Qualified Opportunity Zones. He has put together development deals in Philadelphia, New York, and Florida where he oversaw structuring debt and equity, assembling teams and partnerships, working on design, and devising strategy. His opportunity zone fund backs development projects across the country. Jared’s background in development and finance has allowed him to build up several property platforms with a focus on pioneering neighborhoods.

Jared holds a BA from Johns Hopkins and MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Jared serves on several real estate and finance boards. Jared also works with the Robin Hood Foundation.
